Services

• Somatic bodywork is provided by an Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT-21361). It is not medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Coaching is a personal-development service. It is not therapy, psychotherapy, or medical advice, and it does not replace them.
• Psilocybin facilitation is provided by a licensed psilocybin facilitator under Oregon Measure 109 (ORS chapter 475A) and Oregon Psilocybin Services rules. It is available only to people 21 and older and only through the licensed process. This website does not sell psilocybin. An inquiry through this site is not a client relationship. That begins only after a preparation session and the required forms and consents are completed. Results are not guaranteed, and an experience can be challenging.

Information on this site, including articles, assessments and practices, is educational. It is not medical advice. Please talk with a qualified clinician before making health decisions, especially if you are pregnant, take medication, or have a heart, blood pressure, mental health or other medical condition.

Booking and payment

• Prices are shown when you book. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• For bodywork, a card is saved at booking to hold your time. A bodywork booking is confirmed once the card is saved. The card is not charged to hold the time. It is charged only for a missed session or a cancellation inside 72 hours, as the Cancellation Policy describes. Otherwise you pay after the session by card on file, cash or Venmo.
• If a card is not added within 30 minutes of booking, the time is released and you are not charged.
• Gift certificates and promo codes are applied at booking as shown on the certificate or offer. Codes have no cash value unless the law requires it.

SMS terms

Program: Soma Miller appointment messages. Purpose: confirmations, reminders, scheduling and brief follow-ups about your booking. How you opt in: by checking the text message box on the booking form and giving your mobile number. Frequency: varies, usually a few messages per booking. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP. Help: reply HELP or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of booking or any purchase. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

Chat assistant

The chat on this site is an automated assistant. It can make mistakes and does not give medical, legal or mental health advice. Please do not share sensitive health information in it. For anything urgent, contact emergency services or call or text 988.

Your use of this site

Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Articles, images, recordings and other content belong to Soma Miller or the credited authors. You may share links, but please do not copy or resell content without written permission.

Limits of liability

Services and site content are provided as described, without guarantees of any particular result. To the extent Oregon law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Oregon.
