Somatic bodywork
- 72 hours' notice. To honor my time, I keep a 72 hour no-show policy. If you cancel or miss your session with less than 72 hours' notice, the full session price is charged, unless there is an emergency.
- Card on file. A card is saved when you book. It holds your time. It is not charged then. It is charged only for a missed session or a cancellation inside 72 hours. If no card is added within 30 minutes of booking, the time is released automatically and you are not charged.
- Rescheduling. Reply to your confirmation email at least 72 hours before your session.
- Fragrance-free. Please arrive free of synthetic fragrances, perfumes, scented laundry detergents, shampoos and beauty products. I have an allergy. If I cannot be near them, I would need to end the session and the full price would apply.
Coaching and calls
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else. Reply to your confirmation email to change a booking.
Psilocybin facilitation
Scheduling, changes and cancellations for psilocybin services follow the written policies you receive in your preparation session.
Emergencies and hardship
Emergencies happen. If something outside your control caused a missed or late-cancelled session, you can ask me to review it or email [email protected]. I look at each request individually and may waive or reduce a charge.
Gift certificates
A gift certificate code is entered at booking and covers the session length printed on it. The same notice rules apply to a session booked with a certificate.
